Thank you for choosing Work Food, the leading Corporate Catering Delivery App. We are dedicated to providing you with delicious meals for your workplace events and meetings. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

  1. Work Food delivers within the specified delivery zones only. To check if your location is covered, please enter your address during the ordering process.
  2. Our delivery timings are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
  3. For corporate events or large orders, we encourage you to place your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Return Policy

  1. Due to the nature of our product, which is food orders, we cannot accept return requests. However, we are committed to providing the best service and quality.
  2. In case you encounter any issues with your order, such as incorrect items, damaged packaging, or quality concerns, please reach out to our support team immediately.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Due to the nature of our product, which is food orders, we cannot accept Cancellation requests after 7pm one day before of order delivery.
  2. To cancel orders before 7pm one day before, you can use the Work Food App Cancellation option.

Refund Policy

  1. If you face any payment-related issues and your payment has been deducted but hasn't reflected in the app, please contact us at [email protected] with your transaction ID.
  2. Our team will investigate the matter promptly, and if we find that the payment was indeed processed, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method as soon as possible.
